There is also the Victoria Distillery situated at Kowloon City and owned by Mr. Souza. I have visited this establishment which has a good plant but its business does not appear to be prosperous. It distills Chinese wine, attempts to manufacture Rum, ? Gin and Peppermint and also perfumery. Its output of wine is as follows:-
